Vocational Networks are informal meetings, held approximately once per term, which give practitioners the opportunity to network and share good practice in their curriculum area. They are aimed at staff delivering vocational qualifications at all levels in the 14-19 curriculum, in schools, colleges and WBL providers.
The PDC organises Vocational Network meetings with Teresa Carter and Craig Howe who are Suffolk's two 14-19 Vocational ASTs (Advanced Skills Teachers).
Each network has its own wiki (collaborative website) where members can share information and post comments.
Network meetings take place during the day at various venues around the county and last around 2 hours. Members arrange their supply cover with their employer.
