 Functional Skills, Key Skills and Skills for Life tutors
 Tutors involved in embedding Functional Skills
 Managers responsible for Functional Skills development

On this training course we aim to;
 Explain the functional skills standards and their implications for teaching and learning
 Explain some differences between the levels using the four differentiation factors
 Develop approaches to teaching and learning
 Build on best practice in teaching and learning
